Gemma Owen
Gemma OwenJoint Business Development Manager / Head of Female Football
Gemma is one of our Joint Business Development Managers and also Head of Girls and Women’s football and over the last few years has ensured the RCF are at the forefront in the development of the female game across North Wales. Gemma is extremely passionate about increasing participation within the female game and her commitment and dedication ensure that top quality programs and projects are developed and delivered. Gemma is an award winning coach, winning the WFT Grassroots Coach of the Year for North East Wales in 2016. Gemma also holds the UEFA B Licence in football coaching.
Josh Evans
Josh Evans Football Development Officer
Josh joined the RCF at the age of 18 as a volunteer looking to gain experience in football coaching. Josh has gone on to prove himself to be an excellent coach and has worked extremely hard to develop his skills and to ensure the highest standards and quality are delivered throughout our program. Josh is now a permanent coach with the RCF. Josh holds the FAW C License and FAW Goalkeeper coach award.
Steve Dale
Steve DaleJoint Business Development Manager / Football Development Officer
Steve joined in September 2016. However, Steve is no stranger to the club having worked within the Wrexham AFC Centre of Excellence for the last few years. Steve is extremely professional and represents the high standards and commitment that the RCF demand.
Luke Wynne
Luke WynneCommunity Development Coach
Luke has been with the RCF since 2016 and has demonstrated excellent enthusiasm and commitment to the role. Luke will be a key part in the future development of the RCF as he now begins to deliver education projects in schools and also has a big role in the development of girls and women’s football.
Gary Evans
Gary EvansDelivery Coach
Gary has been with the RCF for several years as a casual coach and has recently come on board as a permanent member of staff. He is a coach at Wrexham AFC Centre of Excellence (boys) as well as a coach with the U12 girls at RCF/Wrexham AFC Girls Centre of Excellence.

Gary will be a key part of the RCF moving forward as he ventures into Education Project delivery in addition to his existing delivery portfolio.
